Our Return Policy
  Our tapestry wall hangings are top quality name brand merchandise, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
  • You must first email us at: returns@thefinetapestry.com within 30 days of receipt of the tapestry for return authorization (RMA#).

  • Shipping charges for the return are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authourized by customer service.

  • Returns must arrive in new condition, with ALL original materials and packing. Any shipping & handling charges will not be refunded back.

  • A 20% restocking fees will apply for any items returned after 30 days, If a prior authorization is taken from Customer service. Returns received without prior authorization beyond the 30 day window will not be refunded

  • Any returns received by us that are determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition, i.e., animal hair, damaged, soiled, missing parts, will not be issued a refund.

  • Returns received without prior authorization or determined to be in unsalable (not new) condition can be shipped back to you for a fee of $15.00 shipping and handling.

  • Custom made tapestries can not be returned.
Our Shipping Policy
 
  • We ship Worldwide. Simply Choose the your destination and the shipping rates will be calculated automatically based on your destination.

  • All Orders are shipped via mostly UPS or FEDEx. USPS will be used to ship to APO / FPO locations (additonal shipping time may occur). Thus we can only ship to UPS or FEDEx serviced addresses, we cannot ship to PO Box Addresses. We might in certain cases use other carrier due to servicability, delivery time and other reasons.

  • A notification email with Tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. You can also track your orders by visiting here

  • We Offer FREE SHIPPING! on orders of $99 or more. Simply look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more, your order ships FREE!

  • For orders below $99 or shipping to destination other than continental United States, the rates are calculated based on the destination.

  • If you package arrives damaged, please notify the carrier (UPS / FEDEX / USPS) and customer service immediately. We will get another shipment out to you as soon as possible if the item is in stock. We will need you help to process a claim for damaged shipment with the shipment carrier.

  • All Return Shipping is responsibility of the customer returning the goods for reasons other than wrong product  shipped, damaged or defective product or any other reason which is a fault on our side. Any return shipping charges paid by us should be authorized by customer service prior to shipping. Any unauthorized charge the recipient shipments will be declined by our shipping & recieving department. All returns must also go through proper returns procedures and as per our return policy.
